Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

For orders £135 or less, UK VAT is collected at checkout where applicable.

For orders over £135, import VAT and/or customs duties may be charged depending on the shipping method and order value.
International Orders

Northern Ireland
Orders shipped to Northern Ireland are handled in line with current UK regulations.
These orders are not treated as international shipments, though carriers may require additional information to complete delivery.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
